John is the Implementation and Engagement Manager for our Front of House team. He is a strategic planner and highly experienced operations leader. Since joining Highlight Health, John has taken on client implementation and launched the Patient Engagement team, building on over a decade of experience in patient advocacy and claims management.
On the client implementation side his responsibilities include managing contract agreements, establishing data feeds, and gathering intake information. With the Patient Engagement team, John works to establish a process for which his specialists can communicate effectively with plan members to ensure plan savings.Prior to Highlight Health, he managed a 140-person department and earned the title of “Employee of the Year” (2017) and the Core Value Award for Leadership (2019).
John holds a BA in Crime Law, and Justice with minors in both Sociology and Spanish from Penn State University. In his free time, John enjoys reading, running, hiking, camping, and exploring all that Philadelphia has to offer.
